Last week we said goodbye to Xizhe Wang, our visiting PhD student from South China Normal University. During his time with us, Xizhe has contributed to advancing our writing analytics research and become a valuable member of the CIC Team. He played a major role in the development of an online writing tutorial and text annotation tool for machine learning.
It has been a pleasure to have Xizhe join CIC over the past 6 months. It is always sad to say goodbye, but we are confident that he will go forth to do great things, as well as continue to collaborate with CIC on writing analytics research and publications. CIC wishes Xizhe all the best with his future endeavours and we hope to see him back in Sydney in the near future.
